Technical Team Lead – Government and Public Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams

• Supervise project execution

• Provide guidance on the restructuring of state-owned enterprises

• Ensure compliance with international governance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of management experience in the oil and gas sector

• Proven experience in change management for state-owned enterprises

• Proficiency in European governance standards

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; an Advanced degree is preferred

• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

• Specialized knowledge in oil and gas governance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with change management strategies

• Ability to collaborate across functions

• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is preferred but not required

• Experience working in Eastern Europe, especially Ukraine
