This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Identifying and sourcing technical candidates, including passive talent, for engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, architectural, planning, and critical infrastructure roles.
• Developing and maintaining long-term talent pools for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, Boolean search optimization techniques, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting market mapping and competitive research across targeted regions and companies.
• Proactively reaching out and initially engaging candidates through personalized messaging and communication campaigns.
• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labor market conditions.
• Preparing candidate resumes and recruitment notes for internal hiring teams.
• Tracking recruitment activity, talent pool progress, and candidate engagement metrics.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives across multiple regions worldwide.
• Continuously monitoring hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within engineering and data center sectors.
• Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and reports to management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, technical hiring, or recruitment support.
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methods and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple open searches simultaneously.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, construction, BIM/VDC, architectural, or other technical roles is a significant advantage.
• Experience in recruitment or sourcing in the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, or LATAM markets is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience in a rapidly growing high-tech industry while working with an international company.
