This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Participate in initial meetings with hiring managers and ask insightful questions to refine the search process.
• Discover exceptional technical talent from various sources: beyond LinkedIn, exploring often overlooked avenues.
• Evaluate and shortlist candidates for both technical and business positions, managing 1–2 active roles while having the opportunity to expand to full ownership.
• Maintain active pipelines to ensure progress is consistent and organized, preventing any details from being overlooked.
• Provide every candidate with a thoughtful and timely response.
• Develop talent pools to eliminate last-minute scrambles, ensuring the right conversations are ongoing before they are needed.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to identify challenges and implement solutions effectively.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition and enhance skills beyond sourcing.
• At least 2 years of experience in tech hiring, either within an agency or in-house, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies.
• Excellent sourcing abilities: you excel at identifying the right candidates, not merely increasing numbers.
• A tendency to ask the appropriate questions prior to beginning a search, coupled with the confidence to challenge when necessary.
• Capability to translate the hiring manager's requirements into a focused and effective search strategy.
• Proficient in written and spoken English: clear, thoughtful, and easily comprehensible.
• A candidate-first mindset: you are responsive, considerate, and treat individuals with respect.
• Strong capacity to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously without losing track of details.
• A sense of curiosity and exceptional pattern recognition: you quickly connect the dots and ask pertinent questions.
