This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and innovative sourcing strategy to discover outstanding talent.

• Execute intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases.

• Establish and cultivate strong candidate pools across various positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and cultural fit within the organization.

• Maintain and nurture positive relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Regularly update and manage data and reports in the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
