Technical Support Representative, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Deliver initial technical support to users who speak German.

• Identify issues and assist customers with solutions in a step-by-step manner.

• Address technical support inquiries.

• Record cases in the internal database.

• Work in conjunction with second-line technical teams.
