• Provide technical assistance through email and chat channels

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication abilities (minimum C1 level)

• Background in a technical support position

• Proficiency in VPS setup and management

• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration

• Knowledge of trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Positive, proactive, and responsible mindset

• Personal computer equipped with a minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
