This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct investigations into high-level escalations by analyzing application logs, auditing system workflows, and executing code-level reviews.
• Develop and run complex MySQL queries to detect data inconsistencies and carry out thorough audits.
• Identify and resolve HL7 and API issues to guarantee real-time data synchronization between the Raintree platform and external EMR/EHR systems.
• Enhance the quality of new releases by pinpointing edge-case failures during the Beta testing phase.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 4 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering position, preferably in the Healthcare SaaS sector.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and SOC2 security standards pertaining to Patient Health Information (PHI).
• Proficient in MySQL with a strong understanding of HL7 and APIs.
• Capability to analyze application logs and navigate a codebase effectively.
