Technical Support Consultant, Fluent English – VPN & Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Support clients in establishing and troubleshooting secure private access solutions.

• Assist clients in configuring and resolving issues related to multifactor authentication for VPN and private access solutions.

• Examine network traffic to pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest secure performance enhancements.

• Provide recommendations on bandwidth allocation and prioritization for VPN users.

• Review log files to investigate technical problems and determine root causes.

• Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance across various operating systems.

• Work collaboratively with clients and technical teams to address issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of networking principles, including IPsec tunnels, DNS, packet tracing, network ports, and firewall operations.

• Familiarity with network infrastructure, encompassing VPNs, routing, split tunneling, and connector-based WireGuard tunnels.

• Basic knowledge of OpenVPN, IKEv2, and WireGuard network protocols.

• Capability to read and analyze log files for troubleshooting technical challenges.

• Proficient in working with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.

• Excellent analytical thinking and research abilities.

• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.

• Personal computer equipped with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds.

• Proficient in English, as indicated by the job title and requirement to submit a CV in English.
