This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a post-sale technical consultant for a designated group of Blackboard clients
• Offer extensive technical and systems knowledge across Blackboard Learn and associated platforms
• Guide and facilitate customer interactions that necessitate advanced technical expertise
• Assist with technical projects and initiatives
• Provide support for complex support escalations and reviews of known issues
• Convert product updates, technical modifications, and known challenges into clear instructions for customers
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 6 years of hands-on technical experience in administering, managing, and/or supporting Blackboard or a similar Learning Management System
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Professional demeanor and executive presence
• Capability to manage challenging situations independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong skills in project management and process development
• Technologically adept, familiar with external platforms related to Blackboard products
