This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a crucial point of contact and a reliable resource for customer operations.
• Collaborate with partner distributors and internal subject matter experts at AutoStore to effectively support customer operational objectives.
• Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful implementations, onboarding, and adoption of solutions.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of customer business objectives and their daily and holistic needs.
• Actively monitor customer operational performance and offer recommendations to enhance operations.
• Cultivate and leverage customer relationships to proactively boost upsell opportunities.
• Represent customers' needs within internal teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Relevant experience in the industry focusing on customer success or account management.
• A growth mindset, demonstrating the ability to influence and establish strong, collaborative relationships at all levels.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and thriving in a "win as a team" environment.
• Time management skills that come naturally, with a structured approach to organizing tasks and priorities.
• Technical proficiency.
• Understanding of technical aspects along with the ability to articulate solution recommendations and possess analytical competency.
