This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with your designated portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Encourage the use of new and existing Postscript product features, ensuring clients gain value from ongoing product enhancements.
• Serve as a strategic consultant, helping clients meet their objectives and achieve measurable ROI.
• Create customized strategies to promote customer growth and retention, achieving performance targets.
• Facilitate impactful strategy sessions to exchange best practices, uncover opportunities, and implement innovative SMS marketing tactics.
• Offer creative and data-informed suggestions to enhance customer engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the broader account team to identify and capitalize on upsell and renewal prospects.
• Work alongside Product and Support teams to resolve technical issues and deliver seamless solutions.
• Utilize AI tools and internal systems to optimize workflows, boost efficiency, and improve the quality and consistency of customer interactions.
• Stay informed about emerging e-commerce and marketing trends, proactively sharing insights with clients and the Postscript team.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in Postscript’s product offerings and the wider e-commerce landscape.
• 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS, marketing, or e-commerce technology.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (e.g., Account Management) is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to navigate complex tools or workflows, including quickly adapting to AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and customer results.
• Proven knowledge of e-commerce businesses, marketing strategies, and industry trends (experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred).
• Driven by curiosity and a passion for empowering clients to succeed, with a talent for addressing challenges and simplifying complex issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a reputation for reliability and outstanding follow-through.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a growth mindset towards emerging technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and uncover insights through thoughtful discovery questions.
• Open to constructive feedback and eager to continually learn and enhance skills.
• Salary range of USD $100,000 to $117,000 base plus variable compensation (20%) and equity, regardless of location.
