This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
• Design, construct, test, deploy, and sustain AI agent solutions.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle from the initial prompt to production.
• Continuously update agents as products progress and new insights are gained.
• Monitor the performance and accuracy of AI agents operating in production.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to comprehend workflows and identify pain points.
• Establish success metrics and develop evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and a proven ability to integrate AI with external systems, including CRMs, APIs, customer data, and operational tools.
• The ability to define success criteria prior to starting any build — along with an evaluation framework that identifies issues before they affect users.
• A sincere curiosity about Customer Success workflows and customer challenges, beyond just the technical aspects.
• Intellectual honesty regarding the capabilities and limitations of AI — paired with the insight to create appropriate guardrails and fallback options.
• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering or a technical role, including at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs or AI agents in a production setting.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
