This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic Account Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our client portfolio, concentrating on high-value accounts.
• Analytics Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of analytics and business intelligence to assist customers in maximizing their use of Sigma Computing's platform. Aid them in comprehending their data and deriving actionable insights.
• NDR Growth: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing Net Dollar Retention (NDR). This encompasses identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as minimizing churn through proactive engagement and solution-focused support.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between our customers and the product team. Champion features, enhancements, and integrations that will enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Success Plans: Partner with customers to create and implement success plans that align the capabilities of Sigma Computing with the customer's business objectives and goals.
• Educational Initiatives: Develop and present training sessions, webinars, and workshops to boost product knowledge, adoption, and engagement among our user community.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within the SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence sectors.
• Proven experience navigating intricate enterprise sales environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of solving complex problems utilizing data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering engagement.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer accounts, particularly focused on net dollar retention.
• Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly preferred (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Experience in ETL processes.
• Background in implementing production business intelligence solutions.
