This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Conduct in-depth research to visualize talent ecosystems within targeted sectors such as AI/ML, Fintech, SaaS, and other rapidly growing fields.
β’ Identify concentrations of top Engineering, Product, and Design talent by mapping team structures, reporting lines, and headcount at selected companies.
β’ Monitor talent mobility, promotion trends, and organizational changes at startups with high talent density.
β’ Provide market maps that offer our recruiters and clients a clear, actionable overview of the available talent landscape.
β’ Create and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines for Engineering, Product, and Design positions across various levels of seniority.
β’ Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter at an advanced level β crafting precise Boolean searches, applying filters, and discovering candidates not visible through standard searches.
β’ Source candidates beyond LinkedIn by employing role-specific platforms and methodologies β including GitHub, patent databases, Crunchbase, academic publications, conference speaker lists, and open-source contribution histories.
β’ Extend beyond candidate identification to furnish insights that assist our clients in making informed hiring decisions.
β’ Investigate headcount trends, funding rounds, team growth trajectories, and competitor hiring activities within the target sectors.
β’ Keep accurate, well-organized, and readily actionable Google Sheets for all active market maps and candidate lists.
β’ Collaborate closely with recruiters and managing partners to comprehend search requirements and translate them into focused research strategies.
β’ Clearly and proactively communicate research findings β including market limitations, talent availability, and competitive dynamics that may impact the search.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting specifically for Engineering, Product, and Design roles within the US venture-backed startup ecosystem, from Seed to Series D stages.
β’ Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter β adept at utilizing Boolean logic, filters, and platform features to discover candidates that keyword searches overlook.
β’ Familiarity with startup environments β understanding the intricacies of venture-backed company cultures, recognizing organizations with high talent density, and knowing how to attract talent in this context.
β’ Analytical mindset β finding enjoyment in dedicating hours to researching a niche and deriving satisfaction from compiling a comprehensive, well-sourced list of 100 meticulously matched candidates.
β’ Strong data organization skills β ensuring your Google Sheets are clean, logical, and beneficial to anyone who accesses them.
