Technical Sourcer, US Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of in-depth candidate research and provide high-quality pipelines for Engineering, Product, and Design positions exclusively within the US market.

• Perform comprehensive research on companies and candidates.

• Discover passive candidates utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Keep organized and updated pipeline data.

• Create structured talent maps.

• Regularly present candidates who closely match the role requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sourcing experience with a proven record of conducting low-volume, high-depth searches (fewer concurrent requirements, deeper research investment per search).

• Proven experience sourcing candidates based in the US for US-based companies — excluding offshore or contractor staffing for US clients.

• Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search construction, filter logic, and identification of passive candidates.

• Experience in creating talent maps or performing structured market intelligence research (organization analysis, headcount tracking, competitor mapping).

• Documented sourcing achievements on CV: closure rates, search turnaround times, promotion to #1 sourcer, or recognition for resolving underperforming searches.

• Ability to operate solely in a sourcing role — no candidate management, no full-cycle ownership, and no client-facing responsibilities.

• B2+ English proficiency (CEFR) for internal written communication and documentation of the pipeline.
