This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, from reviewing applications to onboarding new hires.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies leveraging job boards (such as LinkedIn and Clearance Jobs), networking, and referral systems.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical qualifications, cultural fit, and other specific role requirements.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leaders to comprehend role specifications, timelines, and provide guidance on effective hiring strategies.

• Craft clear and compliant job descriptions that meet contract specifications.

• Assist in proposal efforts by pinpointing potential contingent candidates.

• Manage and oversee candidate pipelines utilizing our Applicant Tracking System.

• Ensure accurate tracking of recruiting metrics through our Applicant Tracking System.

• Contribute to CTG’s employer branding initiatives centered around recruiting, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract exceptional talent.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Keep abreast of trends in government contracting (GovCon), labor market changes, and news related to security clearances.

• Mentor and train CTG’s team of interviewers.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to technical or GovCon roles.

• Proficient in using ATS platforms, job boards, and various sourcing tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.

• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated with robust problem-solving abilities, business sense, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to comprehend and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates.

• Dedicated to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
