• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to thoroughly grasp hiring requirements while offering strategic insights on best recruiting practices.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent to facilitate immediate hiring needs and support future growth.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation data, and effective talent acquisition strategies.

• Discover opportunities to optimize recruiting workflows and improve operational efficiency throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), ensuring a high standard of system management.

• Mentor and assist team members to enhance overall recruiting performance and execution.

• Spearhead strategic sourcing efforts to attract top-tier, passive candidates across various technical fields.

• Work collaboratively across the organization to align recruiting initiatives with broader company objectives.

• Over 7 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated success in building strong technical teams in a rapidly growing company.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with hiring partners and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Capable of effectively communicating with candidates and efficiently managing their individual processes in a systematic manner.
