Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting cycle from intake to offer, focusing mainly on technical positions (engineering, product, data, and analytics) as well as technical-adjacent roles (design, product marketing).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles, prioritize needs, and set timelines.

• Develop and implement AI-driven sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified technical candidates.

• Oversee pipelines in Ashby with precise tracking, timely follow-ups, and effective communication.

• Conduct screenings to evaluate technical qualifications and motivation, and facilitate structured interview processes.

• Uphold a high standard for candidate experience through transparency and commitment.

• Monitor recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness) and refine processes as recruitment volume increases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on technical talent acquisition (engineering, product, or data).

• Strong proactive sourcing abilities; adept at building pipelines rather than depending on inbound applications.

• An AI-savvy recruiter with hands-on experience using Juicebox.ai and a contemporary recruiting CRM is essential.

• Proven experience in recruiting within a startup or rapidly growing environment.

• Preference for candidates with recruiting experience in the Bay Area and/or Boston.

• Capacity to manage multiple open positions while remaining organized and responsive.

• High levels of self-discipline and accountability; effective in a low-structure and ambiguous setting.

• Excellent and professional communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
