This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to locate engineering, environmental, planning, and various other technical professionals across diverse disciplines and levels of expertise.
• Actively source both active and passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, professional associations, specialized job boards, referral networks, social media, AI tools, and other recruitment platforms.
• Establish and nurture strong talent pipelines to address current and future hiring demands, with a focus on difficult-to-find technical and professional candidates.
• Initiate candidate outreach and engagement efforts to generate interest and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, target talent profiles, competitive market conditions, and sourcing priorities.
• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to pinpoint key employers, competing organizations, talent pools, and emerging workforce trends.
• Maintain candidate records, sourcing activities, and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance reporting and recruiting effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through focused outreach campaigns, networking efforts, social media engagement, and talent community development.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide insights on pipeline activity, candidate engagement, and talent market availability.
• Persistently investigate and propose new sourcing tools, methods, and best practices to enhance candidate identification and engagement.
• May participate in special projects as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, showcasing a proven track record in identifying and engaging engineering, environmental, planning, scientific, or other technical professionals.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates for technical, engineering, scientific, or professional positions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other advanced sourcing instruments.
• Strong research capabilities with the aptitude to discover talent across various channels and networks.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
