This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in sourcing efforts for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Aid in identifying and engaging potential candidates via LinkedIn and various recruitment platforms.
• Support candidate screening and the scheduling of interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Help create and disseminate job postings across multiple channels.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Support outreach programs, career fairs, and networking activities at universities.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment records.
• Offer suggestions to enhance candidate experience and recruitment procedures.
• Stay informed about current trends in talent acquisition and the technology sector.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• A keen interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruitment tools is an advantage.
