Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for both technical and non-technical IT roles.

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to establish role specifications.

• Identify and attract candidates through direct searches, social media, job boards, and referrals.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical skills and cultural compatibility, utilizing your IT expertise to assess their qualifications.

• Conduct interviews and organize technical evaluations as necessary.

• Execute reference checks and oversee background verification procedures.

• Provide consistent updates to hiring managers and stakeholders regarding recruitment status.

• Create job descriptions and advertisements, and manage postings on suitable platforms.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of tech talent to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team on onboarding and other recruitment logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting and successfully closing both technical and non-technical positions within the IT sector.

• Strong grasp of software development roles, technology stacks, and relevant IT terminology.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing and offer management.

• Practical experience with direct sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-driven sourcing techniques.

• Required experience in hiring across both EU and US markets.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
