Technical Sourcer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage candidates for various positions utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.

• Develop and sustain high-quality talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gain insights into role specifications and ideal candidate profiles.

• Create thoughtful and personalized outreach that reflects the employer's brand and values.

• Screen and qualify candidates at the initial stages of the hiring process as necessary.

• Monitor and manage candidate interactions in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a positive candidate experience.

• Provide the recruiting team with market insights, sourcing trends, and updates on pipeline health.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or a similar field.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong sourcing capabilities across various platforms; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

• Skilled in identifying and engaging passive candidates.

• Exceptional written communication skills and ability to create personalized outreach.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple talent pipelines.

• A curious mindset and a desire to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Preferred experience in sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles.

• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby is preferred.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth setting is preferred.

• Interest in employer branding or recruiting operations is preferred.
