Senior Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on innovative and proactive methods to engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Identify, screen, and assess candidates through platforms such as HireEz, LinkedIn, applications, and referrals.

• Perform thorough screenings to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for success.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance.

• Promote a diverse candidate pipeline.

• Work in conjunction with compensation, PBPs, legal, and finance teams.

• Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions and enhance recruitment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the technology sector.

• Expertise in sourcing methods and tools.

• Capability to assess technical abilities and evaluate candidates effectively.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous scenarios within a fast-paced tech environment.
