Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles, encompassing sourcing, recruiter interviews, process management, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

• Simultaneously oversee multiple technical job openings and candidate pipelines while ensuring quality and a positive candidate experience.

• Recruit seasoned Software Engineers across technologies such as .NET, Java, React, TypeScript, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Platform, Data, and AI.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other innovative sourcing methods.

• Conduct recruiter interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, career growth, motivations, and alignment with Codurance's core values.

• Manage candidate pipelines, maintaining communication and follow-up throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

• Ensure accurate data in the ATS, monitor pipeline health, and track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates.

• Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks, proactively proposing solutions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend hiring requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of professional recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical recruitment.

• Proven success in recruiting experienced Software Engineers and other technical roles across diverse technology stacks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical vacancies concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate experience.

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and proactive sourcing techniques.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software engineering roles, technologies, and terminology.

• Experience recruiting in European and/or Latin American markets.

• Excellent skills in candidate and stakeholder management.

• Experience in conducting structured recruiter interviews.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Experience in recruiting within software consultancies or professional services environments is preferable.

• Familiarity with recruiting contractors or working in contract-based technology markets, including knowledge of IR35 where applicable, is a plus.

• Understanding of consultancy commercial models, such as utilization, billing, or resource planning, is advantageous.

• Experience in contributing to improvements in the recruitment process or recruitment analytics is a plus.
