This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, recruit, and evaluate candidates for technical roles, catering to both entry-level and seasoned professionals.
• Engage in the recruitment process, including interviewing, assessing, referencing, and placing employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions that interact with clients.
• Expand the contract workforce through job boards, LinkedIn, internal resources, advertisements, career fairs, online networks, and additional channels.
• Conduct interviews with candidates in person, over MS Teams, or via phone.
• Establish target compensation rates and negotiate terms of employment with candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
• Oversee client-facing employees during their assignments, which includes performance monitoring, coaching, counseling, discipline, and termination on the client’s behalf.
• Liaise with clients regarding job requests, candidate submissions, and related issues.
• Address complaints from both client-facing employees and clients.
• Engage in team meetings.
• Support Account Executives in client development and provide leads.
• Organize client events when feasible.
• Participate in networking groups and community as well as business programs.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the division, its core competencies, skill sets, and the company overall.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Proficient in computer skills with the ability to effectively use ATS, the Internet, and navigate various websites/systems.

• Bachelor’s degree with over 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing context; or a suitable combination of education and training.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; base salary is designed to cover a 45-hour workweek.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by job responsibilities.
• Some travel may be necessary based on recruiting needs, but it is not expected to exceed 15%.
