Technical Sourcer – Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Screen and identify suitable applicants and resumes.

• Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks; create and dispatch recruiting emails;

• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to pinpoint qualified candidate profiles;

• Build talent pipelines;

• Request referrals from current employees and external networks;

• Enhance our employer brand both online and offline;

• Maintain candidate databases;

• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with applicants throughout and following the interview process;

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the organization’s hiring requirements;

• Work with hiring managers to grasp team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).

• Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to be adaptable, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• B2+ level proficiency in English.

• Availability to work at least 4 hours each day.
