IT Recruiter – Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and identify qualified candidates and their resumes

• Organize the interview process with individuals and panels

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with candidates throughout and after the interview process

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the organization's hiring requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to grasp team needs and streamline candidate lifecycle processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or bulk hiring

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

• Experience with a recruitment agency or in a hyper-growth startup and/or agency is advantageous

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Capacity for flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in English (C1)
