Technical Sourcer – Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Review and source qualified candidates and resumes.

• Engage with prospective candidates via social media and professional networks;

• Compose and distribute recruiting emails;

• Identify suitable candidate profiles through various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search);

• Build and maintain talent pipelines;

• Request referrals from current employees and external connections;

• Advocate for our employer brand both online and offline;

• Manage candidate databases;

• Organize the interview process with individuals and panels;

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with candidates throughout and after the interview process;

• Collaborate with leadership to grasp the hiring needs of the organization;

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.

• High attention to detail.

• Capacity for flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Available to work a minimum of 4 hours per day.
