Technical Sourcer – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Screen and identify qualified candidates and resumes.

• Engage with potential candidates through social media and professional networks;

• Create and dispatch recruiting emails;

• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to pinpoint qualified candidate profiles;

• Build and maintain talent pipelines;

• Solicit referrals from current employees and external networks;

• Advocate for our employer brand both online and offline;

• Manage candidate databases;

• Oversee the interview coordination process with individuals and panels;

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with candidates throughout and after the interview process;

• Collaborate with leadership to grasp the organization's hiring needs;

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and facilitate the candidate lifecycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong comprehension of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management capabilities.

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• B2+ level proficiency in English.

• Availability to work a minimum of 4 hours per day.
