This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the initial requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Conduct recruitment for a diverse range of positions, including:
• o Healthcare IT
• o IT Infrastructure & Support
• o Project Managers
• o Business Development / Marketing
• o Healthcare Operations
• o Clinical Support Roles
• o Specialized technical and healthcare positions
• Develop and nurture proactive talent pipelines to address ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Regularly enhance and uphold a professional network of individuals in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, and project management.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, industry associations, and various sourcing methods to locate and engage passive candidates.
• Create recruiting strategies tailored for niche technical and healthcare roles.
• Establish talent communities to cater to recurring hiring needs prior to job openings.
• Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate summaries and provide hiring recommendations.
• Organize interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Ensure precise documentation of recruiting activities, candidate records, and hiring workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and market conditions.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through prompt communication and professional follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing offers, conducting background checks, coordinating onboarding, and managing other pre-employment tasks.
• Efficiently oversee multiple open positions while adhering to hiring deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality.
• Support recruitment initiatives and work with recruiting leadership to meet hiring objectives and KPIs.
• Mentor, guide, and coach recruiters by tracking recruiting performance, KPI achievements, candidate quality, pipeline development, and compliance with recruiting processes and service standards.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing.
• Proven track record in successfully recruiting for technical, healthcare, healthcare IT, project management, or consulting roles.
• Established professional connections and a demonstrated capability to create and sustain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive sourcing.
• Evidence of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates for challenging-to-fill positions.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean searches.
• Practical experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is mandatory. Familiarity with platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar ATS solutions is highly preferred. Candidates should be adept at managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, reporting, and onboarding workflows within an ATS.
• Sound understanding of Human Resources principles, recruiting best practices, onboarding processes, employment documentation, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
