Senior Recruiter, IT Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire recruitment process

• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Creating and sustaining a pipeline of candidates; processing candidate data

• Expanding and refreshing market knowledge in our key service areas

• Engaging with both Ukrainian and international IT labor markets

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally within technology firms or product/service IT settings

• Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication

• Proficient sourcing abilities, including the development of sourcing strategies, utilization of various channels, and the creation of diverse candidate pipelines

• Extensive experience conducting competency-based interviews, evaluating candidate compatibility, and delivering clear, structured feedback to stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and formulating effective prompts to enhance recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process efficiency

• Familiarity with paid sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar resources is a plus

• Excellent presentation skills and the capacity to convey recruitment insights effectively to internal stakeholders.
