Technical Recruiter – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various open positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.

• Evaluate candidates to determine their technical qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.

• Organize interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring journey.

• Create and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment demands.

• Keep precise records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.

• Offer insights into the market, hiring trends, and suggestions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

• Recruit for technical roles within a dynamic technology organization.

• Quickly deliver qualified candidates while upholding a superior candidate experience.

• Function independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple searches concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapidly growing technology firm.

• Proven track record in recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.

• Strong sourcing abilities with experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates.

• Experience working directly with hiring managers and influencing recruitment decisions.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting senior engineering roles for cybersecurity or enterprise software firms.

• Preferred: Established network of senior and staff-level software engineers within the Rust ecosystem.

• Preferred: Global recruitment experience across various regions.

• Preferred: Familiarity with engineering roles related to Rust, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, infrastructure, security, or systems software.
