Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly qualified candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines throughout NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' technical backgrounds, motivations, and overall fit.

• Verify candidates' eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance statuses, and availability for NATO projects.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to the acceptance of offers.

• Facilitate interview arrangements between candidates and clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to effectively meet client needs.

• Actively create talent pools for future job opportunities.

• Ensure candidate information is accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency setting.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities with a knack for engaging both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates and cultivating lasting relationships.

• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

• Proficient in English (C1 or above).
