Contract Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical and consulting roles, from initial intake to the acceptance of job offers.

• Collaborate with leadership to create effective recruiting strategies that align with business objectives and hiring timelines.

• Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates across all experience levels, including entry-level professionals, consultants, project managers, architects, and technical leaders.

• Spearhead recruiting initiatives for AI-centric roles, pinpointing candidates with expertise in generative AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI governance, and related technologies.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for AI positions through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and engagement within the industry.

• Assess candidates’ technical qualifications, certifications, and professional experiences to ensure alignment with role specifications.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and effective management of stakeholders.

• Keep precise recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and furnish regular reports on recruiting metrics and pipeline activities.

• Document best practices, processes, and procedures for recruiting AI talent.

• Remain informed on emerging AI technologies, recruiting best practices, and labor market trends to enhance hiring results.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting highly technical positions within a corporate setting.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting AI professionals at various levels, including entry-level, experienced consultants, project managers, and technical leadership positions.

• Solid understanding of AI-related technologies, roles, and certifications, including familiarity with candidates who have completed training or certifications from Anthropic Academy and/or OpenAI Academy.

• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and other modern recruiting tools.

• Exceptional skills in interviewing, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.

• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous searches while ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset in recruiting.
