Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly qualified candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews with candidates to assess their technical expertise, motivation, and overall fit.

• Confirm candidate eligibility, nationality criteria, security clearance status, and availability for NATO projects.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Ensure ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to effectively meet client needs.

• Proactively develop talent pools for future job opportunities.

• Keep candidate data accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.

• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting, with the capability to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates and cultivating long-term relationships.

• Exceptional communication and interviewing abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple job vacancies simultaneously.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based work environment.

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
