Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and attract candidates for Software Engineering, Product, and Design positions.

• Develop a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for both ongoing and high-priority roles.

• Engage with exceptional technical candidates, evaluate their fit, and oversee the interviewing and hiring processes while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.

• Collaborate with Zip's leadership to outline hiring requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful hiring outcomes.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and performance to enhance Zip's recruitment processes continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in engineering sourcing.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for Engineering roles, including backend, frontend, fullstack, Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI Engineering.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; adept at conveying Zip's narrative and value proposition to top talent.

• Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.

• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities concurrently.

• Strong experience with ATS platforms; familiarity with Ashby is preferred.
