IT Recruiter, 10+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for US IT and corporate positions, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search techniques, AI sourcing, and social media platforms.

• Perform candidate evaluations and assess their technical, behavioral, and cultural compatibility.

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Partner with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of recruitment needs and facilitate the hiring process.

• Provide insights into the job market, conduct salary benchmarking, and deliver hiring progress updates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

• Keep candidate records updated in the ATS and ensure adherence to recruitment protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a proven history of successfully hiring engineering professionals.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, and video interview platforms.

• Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with Darwinbox is a plus).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in cross-region hiring (India/EU) is a valuable advantage.
