Freelance IT Sourcer / Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify specialized talent: Seek out passive candidates in Networking, Network Automation, DevOps, and Software Engineering across Brazil.

• Initial screening: Perform introductory calls to present CodiLime and assess candidate suitability.

• Profile delivery: Provide well-evaluated candidates directly to our recruitment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Brazil: Must have a local presence and a comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian IT landscape.

• Proven Tech Sourcing Experience: Background in tech recruitment is essential; a strong understanding of sourcing Networking (and Network Automation) or DevOps profiles is a crucial requirement.

• Established network of local IT professionals in Brazil.

• Proficient in English (C1) to effectively evaluate candidates' communication abilities.
