This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and publish technical job descriptions.

• Identify potential candidates on specialized platforms, such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code/no-code solutions.

• Analyze specialized skills and qualifications to evaluate IT resumes.

• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ capabilities.

• Interview candidates using a combination of methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral inquiries).

• Collaborate with IT team leaders to project departmental goals and hiring requirements.

• Develop and distribute personalized recruiting emails featuring current job openings to passive candidates.

• Enhance the company's reputation as an exceptional workplace.

• Execute job and task analyses to outline job responsibilities and requirements.

• Stay informed about emerging technological trends and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience as a Technical Recruiter.

• Comprehensive hiring experience within the low-code/no-code sector.

• Practical experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, phone, structured).

• Technical knowledge with the ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT positions.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, etc.).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Good grasp of HR practices and labor regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.
