Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting lifecycle with a demonstrated history of forming robust engineering teams.

• Recruit within a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment.

• Perform comprehensive talent analysis and devise recruiting strategies that encompass sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and closing for specialized skill sets.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering stakeholders by utilizing data-driven recruiting insights.

• Implement recruiting strategies, manage candidates, promote diversity sourcing, and oversee the interview process.

• Work independently with minimal direct supervision.

• Collaborate with talent acquisition peers and cultivate a teaching and learning atmosphere.

• Create and employ various sourcing plans and tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the external talent brand.

• Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools and platforms to boost sourcing efficiency, enhance candidate matching, and generate data-driven insights that guide hiring choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience (either in-house or agency), concentrating on Software Engineering — ideally in cloud data, database engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, or applications.

• Proven success in engaging and closing technical talent.

• Exceptional networking abilities with established ties to technical communities.

• Strategic thinker with a sense of urgency; capable of developing recruiting strategies for unique hiring regions and swiftly outmaneuvering competitors.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the recruiting process.

• Proven experience partnering with engineering managers and leadership, offering insights on market trends, compensation, competitive landscapes, and closing tactics.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools regularly.
