Senior Recruiter – Technical Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, offering relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates while developing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process with timely updates regarding their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and social media tools.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in Energy Recruitment is an advantage.
