Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Screen and source qualified candidates and their resumes.

• Engage with prospective candidates on social media platforms and professional networks;

• Create and dispatch recruiting emails;

• Identify suitable candidate profiles through various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean searching);

• Build talent pipelines;

• Request referrals from current employees and external networks;

• Advocate for our employer brand both online and offline;

• Manage candidate databases;

• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with applicants throughout the interview process;

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the hiring needs of the organization;

• Work together with hiring managers to understand team requirements and streamline candidate lifecycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, technology stacks, and roles (e.g. Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.

• High attention to detail.

• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Availability to work a minimum of 4 hours per day.
