Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with fellow members of our Sourcing team and key stakeholders to create and enhance a strategic sourcing approach that attracts leading technical experts.

• Design exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring that qualified individuals join our community.

• Formulate and refine a comprehensive sourcing strategy aimed at identifying premier software development professionals.

• Oversee and sustain a steady pipeline of candidates.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to expand sourcing operations, develop and implement process playbooks, and achieve KPIs.

• Leverage advanced tools to elevate your sourcing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a demonstrated history of success.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, including experience utilizing its advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the global talent landscape and sourcing strategies.

• An exceptional eye for talent, with a solid grasp of the distinctions between highly skilled developers and average talent.

• Capability to proactively identify and engage with meetup groups, attend events, and network effectively.

• Initiative and determination to seek opportunities for presenting at developer meetups.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside flawless grammar and mastery of the English language.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Skillful in maintaining clear and continuous communication with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company while managing various challenges, deadlines, and a diverse range of contacts.
