Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract high-caliber engineering talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray searches, job boards, and various sourcing tools.

• Develop talent pipelines for roles in software engineering, AI, robotics, infrastructure, hardware, and technical leadership.

• Execute outreach initiatives via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.

• Conduct preliminary candidate qualification discussions to evaluate technical backgrounds, career aspirations, compensation expectations, and interest levels.

• Present vetted candidates to Technical Recruiters along with comprehensive notes and recommendations.

• Ensure precise record-keeping within our ATS and CRM systems.

• Consistently enhance sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize searches and adhere to client hiring timelines.

• Keep abreast of technical hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent landscapes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer success, or business development.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment.

• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and technical terminology.

• Self-driven with robust time management skills.

• Proven experience in sourcing technical talent.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem, SeekOut, or similar platforms.

• Experience in supporting hiring for startups or technology sectors.

• Understanding of recruitment needs in software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or robotics.
