Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract premier software engineering talent for our client.

• Employ various advanced sourcing techniques to locate passive candidates, including LinkedIn and innovative sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with one client at a time to immerse fully in their culture, both socially and professionally.

• Partner with high-level stakeholders, assisting them in recognizing the importance of effective talent practices.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by collaborating with senior recruiters to provide support at the top of the hiring funnel and during hiring events.

• 2-4 years of experience in technical sourcing within a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient sourcing skills and expertise in Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
