Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support.

• Establish strong connections with candidates and hiring teams to align the right individuals with the right roles.

• Actively source exceptional talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and innovative outreach techniques.

• Conduct technical interviews and assist candidates at every step of the recruitment journey.

• Collaborate with internal Account Managers to ensure prompt submissions and successful placements.

• Maintain precise candidate and job records within the ATS (Bullhorn).

• Monitor recruiting metrics to assess progress and drive enhancements.

• Keep informed about market trends and hiring requirements in the technology and engineering sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering positions (both hardware and software).

• Proven success in managing multiple high-volume requisitions within VMS programs.

• Familiarity with submitting candidates promptly within 24-48 hours.

• Excellent communication and candidate relationship-building abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Experience with an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn preferred).
