This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify and attract top engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and various other platforms.
• Develop and uphold clear, well-documented pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with recruiters to comprehend role specifications and enhance sourcing strategies.
• Connect with candidates through personalized outreach and assess their technical skills and English proficiency.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and consistently refine search methodologies.
• Keep abreast of technological trends and pinpoint where the finest talent resides in Latin America.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (preferably with a focus on technology roles).
• Proficient understanding of Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with technical skills (such as JavaScript, Python, AI/ML, blockchain, etc.) and the ability to evaluate resumes effectively.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills (C2 level required).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.
