Technical Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in customer discovery sessions and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.

• Aid in configuring and implementing VersaFile software solutions.

• Assist with software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live processes.

• Contribute to the creation of implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment documentation.

• Offer post-implementation support and resolve issues as they arise.

• Facilitate content migration projects between document management and enterprise platforms.

• Analyze customer data structures and business processes to assist in migration planning.

• Help with data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading tasks.

• Conduct quality assurance, testing, and reconciliation of migrated content.

• Investigate and address migration or integration challenges.

• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, consultants, and architects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Take part in product feedback discussions and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, business systems analysis, application support, ERP administration, or a similar technical position.

• Familiarity with enterprise applications, document management systems, business software, or SaaS platforms.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem-solving.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and project activities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
