This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for key strategic clients, nurturing robust relationships and trust to facilitate sustained business growth.
• Take proactive steps to manage and develop existing accounts, recognizing opportunities to enhance the utilization of Citrix solutions.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, requirements, and technical hurdles.
• Work closely with partners and clients to execute customized strategies that utilize the complete Citrix portfolio.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering consistent value and offering proactive support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Promote the adoption of Citrix solutions, ensuring clients fully appreciate the benefits of the products.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint deficiencies in their IT capabilities and recommend solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.
• Partner with technical teams and collaborators to deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that highlight the capabilities of Citrix solutions.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, customer success, and technical support, to meet client needs.
• Act as a client advocate within Arrow and Citrix, providing insights to product management and development teams to facilitate product enhancements.
• Work together with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that promote Citrix solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in technical account management, solutions enablement, or technical sales within the technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix solutions (or comparable technologies) and their significance in a holistic IT strategy.
• Background in installing, managing, and maintaining offerings such as Citrix App and Desktop virtualization, XenServer, Endpoint management, and NetScaler application delivery and security solutions.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with a dedicated and proactive mindset.
• Capable of effective communication with individuals at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage territory-level responsibilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Based in the UK.
