Technical Solutions Engineer, Performance Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales teams to comprehend advertiser objectives, technical specifications, measurement requirements, and campaign ambitions.

• Create tailored advertising solutions by utilizing Opera's inventory, audience capabilities, targeting options, and performance products.

• Assess campaign feasibility, inventory availability, and performance potential while pinpointing technical and operational factors.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor during client interactions, onboarding, campaign planning, and solution evaluations.

• Examine campaign, audience, inventory, and revenue performance data to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Formulate forecasts, business cases, and performance projections that bolster commercial initiatives.

• Explore delivery, attribution, measurement, and performance challenges, providing actionable insights and technical advice.

• Construct reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to convert advertiser needs into product advancements and platform improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Solutions, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Ad Operations, Performance Marketing, AdTech, or Digital Advertising.

• Profound understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.

• Experience with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, MMPs, or performance advertising platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret intricate data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
